I wrote this piece about inclusive job descriptions after feeling some frustration when helping my partner look for a new job in early 2022. There are so many things companies should be doing to improve the inclusiveness of their job descriptions but miss out on due to lack of awareness. I wanted to make sure at least that I was doing my part to share knowledge and hopefully make someone’s hiring process more inclusive.
